The primary purpose
of this blog is to provide just enough info to practice the fun, bite-size wellness morsels I tweet about. It
supports the inspirational and educational side of Stange Sports(fitness) and Weight Loss Lifestyle (wellness, weight loss, optimal nutrition).
1st I
use my 20+ years of experience consuming thousands of hours of health
and fitness info to select only the most practical facts, studies,
and advice that regular people can put into practice immediately.
2nd Each
blog post will represent a single quality source of information,
which could inspire between 5 to 20 individual tweets. For
example, it may take me 3 hours to read and summarize the best facts from a fitness magazine, which you, in tern, could read in a few minutes.
3rd
Because tweets are so limited, each tweet will link to the
corresponding blog post to provide the info necessary for you to put it in to
practice. And if you want the full story, you’ll know
exactly where to find it.
