This post will be
updated and improved greatly in the next few weeks, but every goal
needs a beginning. It is a terrible mistake to make any goal (or
epic blog post) too great a challenge to even begin.
If this latest idea
of mine helps only me achieve my own personal goal of completing
three quality-of-life improving exercises at least 90% of the rest of
my life (I’m no perfectionist, in high school A- was good enough
for me, and I guess it still is:-), than it will have been worth it.
If it inspires a few
of you to do the same, even better.
And if it inspires
many of you, who will then join my blog, follow me on Twitter, and so
on...well, that would be awesome! I would love to hear your
comments, read your related Tweets, and help you achieve your
wellness goals in any way I can.
My goal is to Tweet
just once every time I complete the following 3 events:
My morning
power-walk—between 10 and 40 minutes depending on weather and time,
within 10 minutes of waking up, listening to educational podcast,
with 30+ vest or backpack
Meditation—between
5 and 20 minutes, either Headspace, a link my girlfriendsent me, or on my own. And remember, if you don’t have time to
meditate every day; meditate twice a day!
Yoga—YouTube yogaqueen Adrian, a class, someone else, or by myself
Every time I get a
reply, a follower, or a reTweet, I know I’m reaching someone, and
that inspires me to do better. Thank you so much for reading, and
