Here's how it goes. I pledge $50 to the group to achieve my 10lb goal, but you can make your own goal as necessary. Everyone who achieves her goal gets back her original $50, plus any additional from those who failed. I intend to post my basic diet and exercise facts on the site and I encourage you to do the same. I'm only sending this to a few close friends, but you can feel free to share it with anyone you like.

This morning, after burning 800 calories on my Precore, I had 3 cups of my crazy healthy smoothie and some vegetable based organic chile leftovers that I make for the Halloween party. Later tonight I will work out and do yoga at the gym and eat a small dinner, consuming just two good meals with no sweets or snacks in between. What will you do?
